The APS MCC-training (Airline Pilot Standard Multi Crew Cooperation) is an extensive EASA-conforme training according to AMC2 FCL.735.AThis training has been specifically developed for pilots who wish to optimally prepare themselves for a career with an airline.

Admission requirements and duration
APS MCC-training
At the start of the theoretical training:
Start: first working day of the new month
Duration: minimum 13 days (3–4 weeks)
Required licence: at least a PPL(A), preferably a CPL(A) with IR
ATPL(A) training: with theoretical certificate (“frozen ATPL”)
ME IR(A): possession of an ME IR(A) is recommended
Language proficiency: English language proficiency at ICAO Level 4 or higher
Medical certificate: a valid EASA Class 1 medical certificate
Objective of the APS MCC Training
The APS MCC-training is designed to train pilots in a realistic airline environment and prepare them for a type rating and future line operations. You will learn:

To work with Threat & Error Management (TEM) en Crew Resource Management (CRM)

Jet aircraft handling in line-oriented flight training (LOFT-) scenario’s

Result and certificate
After successful completion, you will receive a APS MCC-certificaat in accordance with EASA AMC2 FCL.735.A. This certificate is increasingly recognized by airlines as preferred qualification, as it demonstrates that you are airline-ready and possess advanced multi-crew competencies.

Note: Students who successfully complete the APS MCC programme, including the pre-selection and 2-day coaching/training programme at Orbit Groundschool, may apply for selection procedures at Transavia when vacancies for First Officers become available.
